¿What is Body Talk?
It is aholistic therapy where we integrate the emotional, physical and environmental aspects, promoting well-being and influencing the psychology of the body and its effect on our health in a positive way.
Body Talk respects theThe body's own needs and priorities for healing are determined, establishing better communication within our body.
¿Because it is important?
We must understand that our health problems arise for various reasons and that only by practicing constant self-exploration and self-listening can we reveal the true underlying causes of these symptoms.
Using Body Talk, we allow the body's energy systems to re-synchronize and operate correctly and harmoniously.
Although we do not visualize what happens inside our body, there is constant communication between each system, cell and atom.
However, through exposure to the stresses of everyday life, these lines of communication can become compromised or disconnected, which then leads to decreased physical, emotional, and/or mental well-being.
Reconnecting these lines of communication allows the body's internal mechanisms to function at optimal levels, repairing and preventing disease while rapidly accelerating the healing process. In this way, Body Talk stimulates the body's innate ability to balance and heal itself on all levels.
¿how i practice it?
We have two options: talk to ourselves in front of a mirror or write our internal dialogue in a diary or journal.
We can converse with our higher self as we normally would with another person. We can call our body as "friend @", using a compassionate and affective language.
Telling our body how loved, kind, strong and capable it is, exploring all the moods and emotions it experiences, is so real that we come to understand that after all, it knows everything we think and feel, it is me. and I am he.
In these dialogues, we work on invoking our virtues, self-love and the wisdom that guides us. This is a creative act where I convince my own mind that my authentic self, my innate goodness, is really real. We become a better person through this process of internal dialogue.
